This policy explains what data the Ubex online store (ubex.com.ua) collects and how we use it. Data controller: Sole proprietor (FOP) Boiko M.V., Ukraine.

1. Data we collect

• Order data: name, phone number, delivery city and branch, order contents — entered by you in the order form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, referring pages (including ad tracking parameters) — for fraud prevention and ad measurement.

2. Why

• To process and deliver your order and contact you about it.
• To measure the performance of our advertising (in aggregate; we never sell data).

3. Who we share it with

Only those needed to fulfil your order: delivery services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta) and our order management system. We do not sell personal data.

4. Advertising platforms and TikTok API

We advertise on social media, including TikTok and Meta. Through their APIs we only read performance reports of our own ad accounts (spend, impressions, clicks, leads) — read-only access. We do not receive or store personal data of TikTok users. Our TikTok API integration is an internal tool used only by Ubex staff for our own ad accounts; it is not offered to third parties.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on secured servers in the EU for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal requirements (accounting, returns), then deleted.
