1. General

ubex.com.ua is the Ubex online store (Sole proprietor (FOP) Boiko M.V., Ukraine). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in UAH on each product page. An order is accepted once a manager confirms it by phone.

3. Delivery and payment

Delivery across Ukraine by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, cash on delivery. Shipping is charged at carrier rates.

4. Returns

Returns and exchanges follow the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (14 days for goods of proper quality). Contact: info@ubex.com.ua, +38 093 449 01 53.

5. Internal tools

To analyse our advertising we use our own internal reporting tool connected read-only to advertising platform APIs (including TikTok). It works only with our own ad accounts, is used only by Ubex staff and is not offered to third parties.
